TitleLess Get TitleLess

A private browser that gives you the whole screen.

TitleLess blocks ads and trackers by default, collects nothing about you, and takes the title bar and tab strip off your iPhone and iPad — so the page gets the display it was drawn for.

TitleLess: a glass search panel over a full-screen wallpaper, with no title bar or tab strip.

Blocked by default

Ads, trackers, pop-ups and cookie banners stopped before the page draws. No extension to add, no list to choose.

Nothing to collect

No account, no analytics, no crash reporting, no server. What you browse stays on the phone, because there is nowhere to send it.

The whole display

No title bar, no tab strip. One glass capsule sits over the page and gets out of the way as you read.

Ad blocking

The web, minus the parts that follow you.

Filter lists are matched on your phone against every request a page makes. Nothing about what you browse is sent anywhere to be checked.

  • Intrusive ads removed — banners, interstitials, the video that plays before the video, and the pop-under that opens behind the page.
  • Pages load lighter — a blocked request is never fetched, so there is less to download and less to draw.
  • Less of your data spent — the heaviest thing on most pages is the advertising, and it never arrives.
  • Fewer bad neighbourhoods — malicious ads are a common way in, and the filter lists take most of them out.
  • Cookie notices hidden — you stop dismissing the same banner on every site.

Privacy

Private browsing that is actually private.

A private page keeps its history, cookies and cache in memory alone, and the app discards them when you close it. Every surface goes black while you are in it, so the mode is never in doubt.

  • Browse without being logged — a private page keeps its history and cookies in memory alone, and drops them when you close the app.
  • No tracking, no profile — trackers and fingerprinting are blocked, and nothing about you is built, stored or sold.
  • Locked with your face — private browsing can ask for Face ID before it opens.
  • Safer on public Wi-Fi — HTTPS-Only Mode refuses to load a page in the clear, so the café network sees nothing but the name of the site.
  • Warned off bad sites — known phishing and malware hosts are flagged before the page loads.
  • Shred App Data — one tap puts the app back exactly as it arrived.

Glass & Wallpaper

Make it look like yours.

The chrome is one piece of glass, and how much of the page comes through it is your call — not a theme, the material itself.

  • Glass Material — frosted, or clear glass that refracts what is behind it.
  • See Through — how much of the page shows through the panels.
  • Wallpaper — gradients, your own photograph, or a live video.

How it differs

Against the browser already on your device.

Every browser on iPhone and iPad draws pages with WebKit, because Apple requires it. What differs is what each one does around the page.

Questions

Before you download.

Is TitleLess free?

Yes. No purchase, no subscription, no account, and no ads of our own.

How can it be private with no server?

That is why it is. Blocking happens on your phone, your history stays in the app, and there is no account to attach it to. The privacy policy lists every request the app makes.

Where did the tabs go?

Tap the address capsule and the panel opens, with your open pages on it alongside favourites, history and downloads. The ⋯ menu has Tabs on it too. They are off the screen, not off the phone — the top of the display belongs to the page.

Does blocking break websites?

Occasionally a rule is too keen. Open Settings and turn Block Ads & Trackers down, then send us the address so it can be fixed for everybody.

Which devices does it run on?

Any iPhone on iOS 26, and any iPad on iPadOS 26 — one download covers both. Version 1.0 remains available from iOS 18.
